I havent eaten meat since I was 21 and that was 44 years ago. I never liked meat either, but I love soy curls. They are part of the reason I printed out this recipe and plan on trying very soon! Soy curls are a favorite at my house, endless possibilities, very satisfying but doesn’t creep you out being too ‘meaty’ like some replacements (i.e. some plant based burgers are hard to take). Try them, cant hurt anyone, especially chickens :D.

I’ve never tried them. Keep in mind, I haven’t eaten meat since my early twenties (over 20 years) because, in part, I didn’t like the texture of meat. So, are soy curls similar in texture to a type of meat?
