Will probably add a touch more liquid smoke next time. I may have overfilled my grinder because it only gave me a mix of powdered farro and basically whole farro which, after cooking, ended up as farro porridge. Fixed that issue by adding more VWG (1/2 cup or more). Husband and kid approved!

Jill, you can roughly chop and process in a food processor. I think you could also use a vitamix, but just pulse until fine. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
