I made this recipe today and it was mouthwatering delicious!! I added shredded carrots, cucumber, radish, bell pepper and shrimp for crunch and protein. My very eldery mother, who has become a very picky eater, adored this recipe so much that she had two servings which is never happens! The simplicity, versatility and tastiness of this recipe has qualified it for the rotation!

Looks awesome! I make a really similar salad dressing, and i find it even better if you toast the sesame seeds right before you toss them in 🙂

that sauce looks delicious, as does the soba noodle dish. i love the sesame seeds sprinkled on top. the photos are, of course, gorgeous 😉
