Hi Robert, so glad you found the article helpful! You’re right—it can be tricky since a lot of brands don’t list caffeine amounts or whether they use black or green tea. I did notice Brew Dr. lists around 15mg on their label, but definitely double-check it in-store or online just to be sure. Hope you find a booch that works for you!

Would you happen to know which ones are made from green tea as black tea probably has too much caffeine for me?
