i definitely will be trying this recipe in my kitchen.. i never would have though to add rosewater to my quinoa puddings before. love the idea, thanks for sharing!

Yes, I've been content and filled with a sense of happiness with the news I shared with you last week. : )

If you can't find rosewater on the island, I think that a vanilla bean or some other fruity extract would also work here. I hope you enjoy! xo

How fascinating, Erin. It is interesting, the past couple days I have been scouring the backlog of things I have not had the time to try; composing lists of ingredients for my next trip to the grocery store, and some old favorites of your recipes I am pulling out for a dinner part next weekend. Then, I saw this! What struck me right away was how the whole feel of the recipe ingredients, to the finished results, and the way it was photographed seems to support and give off an actual aura of the bliss you are experiencing in California! Do you see it? This was a different kind of recipe for you, I think. All, always an artistic delight … but this one denotes a soft, sensuous, sense of fulfillment. I am intrigued. I am not sure if I can locate rosewater here on island, but I am definitely going to look as this recipe looks delicious. Xox~
