I am Japanese and live in Australia.
I like Kyoto and try to visit there everytime when I go back to Japan.
I stayed at a temple in Arashiyama few times.
Tatami room, beautiful garden and simple Soujin cuisine.
Kyoto is a really beautiful city.

Looking forward to hearing about Tokyo.

And when I say apartment, I mean it was an 8×10 tatami mat room with a hot plate, cold running water, and a shared bathroom. I miss it! 🙂
