Hi Patricia, bummer about the thin sauce—that’s no fun! A couple of things might help: letting the sauce simmer a bit longer usually gets it nice and creamy, and some plant-based creams can be a little on the thinner side, so that could be it, too. Hope this helps if you give it another go!
