Would this work with one whole egg in place of the Ener-g? I haven’t been able to find a reliable source for that substitution.

What in the world is AP flour? I thought I knew about every flour on the planet. Also what is Ener-G? I’ve heard of it but can’t remember what it is. Must need a nap!

I make sweet potato fritters every year for Thanksgiving, but I think I'll try this variation this year! These look a little more savory than the recipe I normally use, which would be a nice departure from the expected.
