I finally had some time to try one of your new creations! This was also the first time I made your shiitake bacon! It really does have a satisfying, smoky/jerky-like taste and texture. And you are also right about the roasting of the sprouts which lent to a much more robust flavor. I really enjoyed the colors, textures, and marriage of flavors as an accompaniment to a Japanese dish I made last night. Thank you:)
