Aw, thank you Tiffany—that’s so kind to say. I’m impressed you rolled it “blind” … that’s no small feat! If you’d like to try again, a clean kitchen towel with plastic wrap on top can stand in for a sushi mat in a pinch. It won’t be quite as tight, but it definitely works!

You are talented. I couldn’t find my rolling mat, but tried my best rolling it “blind”. Haha. The recipe is excellent, but had I used a mat, mine would have been tighter.
